Recently, I experienced a cooling system issue with my 2017 INFINITI QX50 that required multiple visits and became a frustrating situation. Great service and easy to work with. Even though I didn't end up purchasing the used vehicle from IOB, Gerald was a pleasure to meet and work with and offered me a great value on my trade. I noticed a few issues with the vehicle and they called me the next day to let me know they had taken care of them... even though I didn't purchase it. Really great place.

Mark, the sales manager, was great to work with on pricing, communication, and you could tell he truly cares about his customers. We spoke a couple times over the phone before my wife and I decided to make the decision to drive a couple hours away to the dealership.
